The second place went to ReMeDi from Munich, who designed a tele-robotic medical device that enables doctors to examine patients over long distances. Deepsense from Paris scored on the third place and is working on cardiac and respiratory monitoring devices that allows a follow-up of babies without electrodes.
The winning team, OPSYON, had the chance to present their business idea again at the EIT Health Summit 2018 in Lodz. OPSYON also won this event and made the startup the winner of all six EIT Health Bootcamps.
